When you submit the assessment request form on our Site or contact us by email, you may provide: company name, contact name, business email address, estimated annual telecom and/or utility spend (selected from a range), and any additional information you include in messages to us.

When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect: IP address and approximate geographic location, browser type, operating system, and device information, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URL, and cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5 below).
Client engagement data
If you become a client, we will receive and process copies of your telecom and/or utility invoices, contracts, and related billing records as described in your Engagement Letter and any applicable NDA. This data is handled under the terms of those agreements and is not collected through the Site.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: respond to your inquiry and assess whether our services are a fit for your organization, provide, operate, and improve our billing audit and monitoring services, communicate with you about our services, findings, and account matters, analyze Site usage to improve user experience and Site performance, and comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers — we may use third-party tools for analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), email delivery, form processing, and hosting, and these providers access data only as needed to perform services on our behalf and are obligated to protect it.
