BillFence provides tech-enabled telecom and utility billing audit services. The Site serves as an informational resource about our services and provides a means for prospective clients to request a free audit assessment. The actual delivery of audit services is governed by a separate Engagement Letter and, where applicable, a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation,
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, its servers, or any connected systems,
- use the Site to transmit any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent,
- impersonate or attempt to impersonate BillFence, a BillFence employee, or any other person or entity, or
- use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site or collect data from it.
3. Assessment Request Form
The Site includes a form for requesting a free billing audit assessment. By submitting the form, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to make inquiries on behalf of the organization identified. Submitting the form does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to proceed with an engagement.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of BillFence LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our express prior written permission.
The BillFence name and logo are trademarks of BillFence LLC. Nothing on the Site grants any license or right to use any trademark without our prior written consent.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, INFORMATION, AND MATERIALS PROVIDED ON IT ARE OFFERED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
